Blanchette Building is a family owned business that prides itself in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.  Blanchette Building strives to make all your dreams come true. 

Mike and Donna Blanchette started out in the building industry with the guidance of Donna’s father, Donald Burill, who at that time was a residential home builder.  Twenty-five years later several prominent communities have been built.   In Windsor: Fitzmaurice Circle, Krystal Lane and Sawka Circle, and in Suffield, Michael Lane, Settlement Circle and Heritage Trail to name a few.  Stroll through these communities and you will see the quality craftsmanship that shines through many years after their completion.     

The Blanchette’s are fully involved in every phase of the construction process.  They buy and improve land, handle all road and site work, and custom build their homes to their client’s specifications.  The end result is not merely a quality home, but rather a quality home that is in harmony with its setting.

Mike and Donna Blanchette have lived in Suffield for eighteen years with their two children, Krystal and Michael.  They actively support Suffield Relay for Life, Suffield Conservation Commission’s Fishing Derby, Suffield Soccer Club, Suffield Ambulance and Fire Department, Suffield Safe Parties, Suffield Athletic Hall of Fame and the Boy Scouts of America.  They are also members of the Suffield Chamber of Commerce.  Donna Blanchette, as well as her daughter Krystal, are both licensed real estate agents at Chestnut Oak Associates in Suffield. 

It is said that building is in the blood and the Blanchette’s are living proof of that.  When you visit them it will not be uncommon to see three generations of family: Don, Mike and Michael, working side by side making your dream home a reality.
